Supervision Provided by Erica Cleveland, MS, LPC-S
Erica Cleveland is a psychotherapist and the Founder of Mindful Transformations Counseling Center (2 locations: Spring and Tomball, Texas). Erica was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She started her journey after graduating from Sam Houston State University where she majored in Elementary Education. She pursued a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University and accepted a school counseling position. As the years went by, her passion to counsel continued to grow for all people. Erica began to work in private practice and was a part of the clinical team at Kingwood Pines Hospital. Working in a variety of counseling roles for the last 18 years has allowed Erica to effectively work with a wide range of groups, children, seniors, adolescents, teens, couples and families in anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, self-esteem and anger management. Erica is clinically licensed through the Licensed Professional Counselors Board in The State of Texas. Erica actively participates in panels, seminars and speaks to various groups and organizations. Not only does she enjoy educating and bringing awareness about mental health; she also speaks on the importance of self-love and maximizing your full potential in life.
